Do you assist with Municipal / BDA / CDA plan approvals? +

Yes. Our registered architects and civil structural engineers prepare approval-ready working drawings, structural safety certificates, and assistance documents required by urban local bodies and municipal authorities.

How are construction payments structured? +

We operate on a stage-wise payment schedule linked strictly to project milestones: (1) Advance booking & architecture, (2) Plinth & footing completion, (3) Lintel & slab cast, (4) Brickwork & plastering, (5) Flooring & electrical, and (6) Handover. You only pay after work verification.

Which brands of cement and steel do you use? +

We maintain a strict zero-compromise policy. Steel is sourced exclusively from Primary Mills: Tata Tiscon / Jindal Panther / SAIL Fe550D TMT. Cements used for structural RCC casting are UltraTech / Dalmia DSP.
